Hotel Brand Launch Success Story

New Arts Hotel Brand Takes Milwaukee by Storm

Named for Saint Catherine, the patron saint of artists, Saint Kate is an independent hotel that celebrates the arts and creative process. In addition to stylish guest and meeting rooms, there’s a black box theater, gallery and exhibition spaces, and imaginative dining.

Under such tight deadlines, the peace of mind Fuse gave our team was priceless. Fuse made what could have been very difficult, very easy.

The timeline was aggressive and there were innumerable moving parts—launch event materials, signage, sales collateral, promotional items and more. The agency, One Design Company, knew that managing multiple printers on top of handling myriad creative executions would have been a nightmare.

Fuse worked with One Design Company to handle everything for the brand launch, from swag such as napkins and t-shirts to pillar wraps. Individual bar and buffet menu cards received the same commitment to quality as an expansive step-and-repeat vinyl backdrop. In addition, sales handouts, brochures, business cards, posters and everything needed to run a successful hotel had to be ready in time for the grand opening.

A variety of sizes and substrates were required, and individual components were digitally or UV offset printed to maximize quality and cost efficiency.

Then, when the launch was pushed back a month, everything had to be warehoused until the space was ready.

Fuse was extremely adaptable to changing deadlines, materials and shipping requirements, and handled it all with ease and calm.

Fuse helped One Design Company and Saint Kate prepare for the event on an accelerated timeline, and then was able to pivot easily when the launch date changed. The work was complete, but all delivery and set up had to be rescheduled. When the time came, final graphics were shipped and a member of the Fuse team was on hand to put the step-and-repeat banner together.

The launch was a huge success for the Saint Kate hotel, as well as the thriving Milwaukee arts community.
